UltraChip is a fabless IC company active in the mobile multimedia IC industry. We have over 100 employees worldwide with multiple offices in US (Santa Clara - Silicon Valley - R&D, San Diego and Atlanta - Sales&Marketing), China (Shanghai - R&D) and Taiwan (Taipei - Headquarter and Hsin Chu - R&D).

Formed in late 1999, the company has been profitable since 2003. Our revenue and profit has been growing exponentially. For 2004, we are on track to achieve >500% revenue growth and achieve 7~9% global market share by Q4/04. Based on its current success, UltraChip is planning to broaden its product line and cover other areas in the white-hot mobile-multimedia ASIC arena.
